Ministry Residency Overview

  • Equipping and experience for vocational ministry leadership roles.

  • 18-30 year old men and women enrolled in or recently graduated from theological education with a sense of calling for vocational ministry.

  • Hybrid. A combination of virtual shared learning and cohort sessions; in-person worship, mentorship, and service at a local Liberti church.

  • 11 months (end of August to end of July).

  • Yes, once; may pursue Church Planting Residency thereafter.

  • 19-24 hours per week, includes time for reading materials. An example schedule can be found here.

  • fundraised up to $41,000 including a stipend from the host church.

  • A resident is essentially a staff person for the duration of their residency and could become a permanent staff member thereafter.

  • A head, heart, and hands ministry intensive in order to prepare for future vocational gospel ministry in a local church.
